1. About MOOC List (The Service)
"MOOC List" is an aggregator (directory) of Massive Open Online Courses (MOOCs) and Free Online Courses from different providers. We curate, categorize, and organize links to educational content available on third-party platforms.
2. External Links and Third-Party Content
As an aggregator, our Site contains links to external websites (such as Coursera, edX, FutureLearn, etc.) that are not provided, maintained, or in any way affiliated with CoToNet Unip. LDA.
Please note that we do not guarantee the accuracy, relevance, timeliness, or completeness of any information on these external websites. The availability, pricing (including certificate costs), and conditions of the courses listed on our Site are determined solely by the third-party providers and are subject to change without notice. We are not liable for any issues arising from your enrollment or interaction with these third-party platforms.
3. User Accounts and Contributions
Access to the general directory is free. However, certain features (such as saving favorite courses) may require you to register an account.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and fully responsible for all activities that occur under it. If you submit content, reviews, or comments to the Site, you grant us a world-wide, royalty-free, and non-exclusive license to reproduce, modify, adapt, and publish the content.
You agree not to post content that is spam, malicious, defamatory, or infringes on the intellectual property rights of others.

The MOOC List logo and all other proprietary trademarks, service marks, graphics, and logos used in connection with the Site are trademarks of CoToNet Unip. LDA. Other trademarks used in connection with the Site (such as provider logos) are the property of their respective owners.

The Site is provided "as is". CoToNet Unip. LDA and its suppliers and licensors hereby disclaim all warranties of any kind, express or implied. We are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including loss of revenue or data, resulting from the use of, or the inability to use, our services.
6. General Representation and Governing Law
You represent and warrant that your use of the Site will be in strict accordance with all applicable laws and regulations of the European Union and your local jurisdiction regarding online conduct.
This Agreement is governed by the laws of Portugal. The proper venue for any disputes arising out of or relating to this Agreement will be the courts located in Peniche, Portugal.

We reserve the right to update these terms periodically. Your continued use of the Site following the posting of changes constitutes your acceptance of those changes.
